This beautiful villa overlooking Lake Glenville is only 4.7 +/- miles outside of downtown Cashiers, nearby Highlands, and just around the corner from Signal Ridge Marina where you can rent all types of boats to get out on the water.
When you walk into the home, stepping foot into the living area you'll notice the breathtaking view of Lake Glenville and the mountains, lush with vibrant colors during the spring, summer, and fall, and snow-topped during the winter months. The open floor plan connecting the living area, kitchen, and dining room and a skylight above the kitchen island boasts natural light. Of course, no mountain retreat would be complete without a large remote controlled stacked-stone fireplace to take the chill off of cooler nights or curl up on the nap-worthy leather furniture with a good book and cozy blanket.
There is a private deck off of the main level to appreciate the view of Lake Glenville. As the home faces west, it's the perfect spot to relax and revel in the sunsets or simply enjoy the lakefront experience -- Lake Glenville even hosts 4th of July fireworks over the water, offering an exclusive view for the summer holiday.
Once you head downstairs you're met with a captivating primary suite including a king bed, an exquisite ensuite bath, black out shades, and it's own private deck overlooking Lake Glenville, with a hot tub. You'll also find the second bedroom equipped with a queen bed and ensuite bath, and a third bedroom. The primary and second bedroom both have spacious closets and their own attached baths. Another room has been converted into a third bedroom with a comfy double bed and armoire for clothing. The third bedroom can either access the ensuites through each bedroom separately, or use the half bath located on the main level.
Located in Glenville, this villa is in the mountains and on a lake. Chattahoochee National Forest and Bear Creek Lake Access Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Cashiers Farmers Market and Highlands Biological Station.
