There aren’t many experiences that compare to sitting back, enjoying a waterfront view and taking a sunset cruise on your private pontoon boat. Ideally situated in Arrowhead Lakes, you are immediately greeted by pool table and the grand foyer. Past the winding staircase, off to your right is a cozy TV room and your formal dining area that includes an elegant wooden table with seating for 6. Up the stairs, there’s a comfortable loft with an L shaped sectional looking over the living room, and on the opposite end a balcony overlooking the mountains. The living area lives up to its name with a bar and a 72-inch TV with a loud speaker system.
The spacious kitchen offers a granite island at its heart, sits next to a marble breakfast table, and a gorgeous bay window to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the lake. Five bedrooms that each have their own personality, including a lavish master bedroom that includes a bathroom with a luxurious double shower, and his & hers sinks conjoined to a vanity area. Stepping into the backyard you’ll be able to enjoy a pool with beautiful water features, spa, fire pit, outdoor tv next to the fire pit, built-in gas bbq and a dock that goes down to your private pontoon boat.

*Regarding the boat, let us know if you plan to use it. There is no extra fee but there is a refundable $500.00 deposit. If you plan to use it, we will send you a request thru the site and we will leave the keys on the boat.
Although the property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have Zero Tolerance party & event policy. The City of Glendale @ Arrowhead Lakes HOA takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
Any citations incurred if local authorities are dispatched will be the responsibility of the reservation holder, and the reservation holder and all guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refunds.

If any of these rules are not followed, we do reserve the right to charge additional fees up to termination of stay or eviction.
