Kitchen is equipped with induction stove full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, spice rack, full set pots and pans, including bakeware, dishes and silverware for 12 and more. From there you will head into the gorgeous formal dining room with a seating for 8. A beautiful place for a nice family dinner. After having a nice dinner, head into the family room to watch movies or sports on the 65 in 4k smart TV. The leather furniture in this room all reclines. Through the French doors you will be entering the resort-style backyard. Backyard is equipped with NEW HOT TUB ( 4-25-22 ) pool, Outdoor solar shower, three large 11 foot umbrellas, 3 outdoor dining tables with seating for 14 with 9-foot umbrellas, BBQ grill , water fountains, fire pit and large potted plants bushes and trees help make this backyard feel very comfortable. All designed for the resort-style backyard feel. Now for the upstairs where you will find four bedrooms and two full baths. Entering the master bedroom you will be greeted by luxurious high-end furniture. Travertine tile floor.King size bed with foot stool, large nightstands with marble top, beautiful large dresser with marble top, electric fireplace,and for those nights or days you just want to watch TV a 65in 4K smart TV. Large walk-in closet. The best part of this room is the amazing ensuite bathroom. Travertine tile floor, two pedestal sinks, luxurious custom high end dual shower heads with travertine tile. My favorite part of this bathroom is the Japanese spa/jacuzzi soaking tub. This will sure to be a relaxing place. Bedroom #2 is none the less impressive. Beautiful high-end queen bed, nightstand with marble top, large dresser with marble top. 50in 4K smart TV. Bedroom #3. Inviting comfortable queen bed nightstand and dresser. Bedroom #4. This room has a sofa chaise lounge that converts into a 48" x74" size bed. Quite comfortable. This room also has the hutch desk work area. There's a full-size second bathroom upstairs with travertine tile shower. Laundry room is downstairs. With full size washer and dryer. Essentials that are supplied are: laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, makeup remover towels, toilet paper, paper towels, extra towels, sheets and blankets. Iron, ironing board ,hangers. Cleaning supplies. I hope you will get the wow effect and love this place as much as I do. Design for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There is a security system at the property that has cameras. Cameras in the back and side patio area will be off and not recording. The front cameras will be on.

WHO IS ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY
Only the number of guests listed in the reservation will be allowed to stay at the property. If your planning on having family or friends stopping over at the house, you must contact me first before they are allowed on property. This is to deter large Gatherings or parties.
