The ultimate wine country escape! A stylish 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom oasis nestled in the serene Sonoma Valley. This charming getaway features an equipped kitchen, inviting outdoor patios, a BBQ grill, outdoor games, and a cozy fire pit, perfect for enjoying the stunning wooded backdrop. Unwind on the Peloton bike or indulge in the board games. An ideal destination! Downtown Glen Ellen and Kenwood wineries are just a five-minute drive away. A perfect balance of seclusion and convenience await you.
This space is wonderfully open, bright and inviting. There will be a bottle of local wine awaiting your arrival along with local food, winery and activity suggestions in a house manual to help make your stay exactly what you want it to be.
You will walk into an open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and features butcher block countertops and stainless appliances. The 5-burner oven/stove and a copper farm sink are perfect for cooking a wonderful meal in. There is a wide variety of kitchen appliances and utensils that should have everything you will need to prepare meals or do a little baking for fun! Included is a KitchenAid and cooking basics. The provided coffee machine can brew ground coffee or enjoy the provided selection of Starbucks coffee and tea Pods. There is an island in the kitchen that is great for a more casual dining experience.
Off the living room and kitchen is a slider that leads to a small, patio with a perfect spot to have your morning coffee.
Sharing the same open space with the kitchen is the living room.
In the living room has a comfy leather couch and a smart TV where you can sign-in to your streaming accounts. There are a variety of board games perfect for a game night! This space features a large sliding glass door that leads to the outdoor patio.
Outside are several spaces to spend your time. Right outside of the living room is a coy patio quaint area where you can sit and enjoy your coffee while looking at the pine and redwood trees. An additional large table in the front courtyard is perfect for outdoor dining and evening relaxing. It features a dining table that seats six with a covering to be used year-round. There is also a bbq grill under the covered patio. The patio is surrounded with string lights to set the mood when the sun goes down. In the backyard is an additional seating setting. There is a gas fire pit, seating for at least four people and a hammock set within the natural wooded Sonoma landscape. This space is perfect for daytime relaxation and evening memory making! Keep an eye out for deer and other local wildlife to watch while you sip your wine or coffee.
All 3 bedrooms have queen-sized beds with bedside lamps equipped with USB outlets for charging your devices. Each room has a closet with hangers, luxury robes. Portable fans are available in the closets. The large windows fill the rooms with light which have blackout curtains for privacy. Included in the closet in the back bedroom are two dog beds if your furry friends will be joining you. A Peloton Bike+ is also in the large main bedroom with some additional workout equipment.
The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination with good water pressure. A variety of amenities are available in the bathroom including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body soap. Also available are extra toothbrushes, shaving kits and other extras (e.g., individually wrapped Q-tips, makeup remover cloths, hair ties, face masks) just in case! The bathroom also has a heated towel rack for a taste of luxury!
Pets are welcome with a fee to help with ensuring a clean environment for everyone!
Glen Ellen is home to this vacation home. Sonoma County Fairgrounds is a popular area attraction and if an activity is on the agenda, V. Sattui Winery and Castello di Amorosa are worth checking out. Robert Ferguson Observatory and Spreckels Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
