• Gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! leave beds alone - do not strip!
• Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
• Turn all lights off. set ac to 74 in summer and heat to 68 in the winter at departure. lock all doors & windows at your departure. if a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
