This property has all the amenities of of a relaxing vacation retreat, including a heated pool, lush landscaping and well appointed furnishings.

The house is nestled on your own private oasis. The property sits on a 1/2 acre and the back yard is lush and secluded. The perimeter is enclosed by a 6-foot block wall for privacy. Behind the home is a green belt park. The park has a playground and basketball courts, as well as sidewalks and walking trails throughout the neighborhood.

The property is your own mini resort with a pebble tec pool and spacious grassy areas to play. We provide dining tables and lounging furniture outside to relax and enjoy outdoor living. You might cozy up to the fire pit on the padded lounge chairs to relax on cool evenings and crisp mornings.

Our home provides comfortable one level living. The kitchen, dining room and family room overlook a wall of picture windows onto the covered patio and pool area, so that you can always be part of the fun outside. The house is three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV with an en-suite featuring double sinks with granite counters, a walk in shower and soaking tub, walk-in closet and a private water closet; the second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a walk-in closet; and the third bedroom has two single beds with a flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The second (full) bathroom is conveniently located outside the second and third bedroom.

There are 10 foot ceilings throughout the home. The kitchen has a large island with granite counters that seats six, dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator with an automatic ice/water dispenser, as well as a walk-in pantry. A high efficiency washer and dryer are available for your convenience, as well as a second refrigerator/freezer.

The four stall garage has a workout area with a recumbent bike, and there is a ping pong table for outside fun. The garage 'play area' opens to the backyard to connect the entertaining spaces.

A Traeger smoker/grill is available on the patio for your grilling pleasure, with full operation instructions, and a gas grill for a quick fix. There are fruit trees on the property and you can enjoy oranges and grapefruit when they’re ripe for picking!

The pool has a heater. There is no fence around the pool. We have lounge chairs, unbrellas and outdoor dining tables to add to the outdoor ambiance.
