Step inside to find two cozy sitting rooms with plush recliners and a fireplace—ideal for relaxing after a long day. Large, sunlit windows make the space feel bright and airy.
The open-concept kitchen features high-end finishes and overlooks the dining and main living area, perfect for hosting and hanging out. The split floor plan gives everyone privacy. The primary suite is a true retreat with a king bed, TV, spa bath with soaker tub, walk-in shower, and a large closet. Bedroom 2 also has a king and TV, bedroom 3 has a queen and TV, and bedroom 4 is kid-friendly with full-over-full bunks, a twin trundle, and a TV.
Outside, enjoy your own private oasis with a sparkling pool and spa, outdoor living room, fire pit, and grassy play space. Soak up the sun or cozy up around the fire pit in the evening.
The home is fully furnished with brand-new furniture and includes extra sleeping options with a queen air mattress and a queen sofa bed. One dog is welcome for guests staying 30+ nights, with a pet fee of $10 per night. Sleeps 12. Please note: Garage is not available.

SPLASH: The pool is heated upon request for $70.20 per day. Spa heat is included in the rental year-round.
City Code Enforcement: Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am and strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violations can result in fines up to $10,000. Events and parties require written approval and a fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and fined.
Accidental Damage Protection: Your reservation includes coverage for up to $3,000 in accidental damage. This does not cover intentional damage, negligence, or pet-related incidents.
This is a smoke-free home. Violating the smoking policy results in a $300 fee and liability for any damages.
A/C cannot be set below 70°F to avoid unit freeze-up. Long-term stays include an electricity cap per the rental agreement.
