House Details:2,123 square foot home on a corner lot w/ a grassy neighborhood common area directly across the street. Stunningly decorated and well thought out to keep all guests comfortable for long stays. Upon entering the home you can turn to your left and you will find the private office with a Murphy bed in it in case you need space for an additional guest or two during your stay, so at times this house could comfortably sleep 8 guests. The desk can be moved into the rooms walk-in closet to make room for the bed to be pulled down. Office/den has full bathroom right off the bedroom, somewhat tucked away so it is mostly private and could function well as a mother-in-law suite. Walk further into the home and find the formal living area adorned with 4 stylish swivel chairs and smart tv. Kitchen, dining & living area share large open space for great open concept, perfect for every day life and hosting. Kitchen has eating bar with 3 barstools and dining table can comfortably accommodate meals for 10+ people. Living area has comfortable sectional sofa, electric fireplace and smart tv along with a double door slider that opens to covered patio area, backyard & pool.

Backyard is fully fenced w/ gated entry on one side. Covered patio area has dining table for 6. Outdoor sofa with propane fire pit table surrounded by turf. Pebble tec pool with in-ground pop-up cleaning system. Pool can be heated by electric heat pump from October through April for additional fee ($300/week). Built-in propane bbq. Side yard has 3 hole putting green. Backyard is private as only houses around are 1 level.

2 hall bathrooms. 1st hall bathroom is close to bedrooms 2 & 3 with a tub/shower combo. 2nd hall bathroom is off office/den and has step-in shower w/ glass enclosure.

Bed linens and towels provided, including pool towels.

Soaps, shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. Paper products provided. All of these are provided in a supply to get you started for your stay, you will likely need to furnish your own supply of these items depending on the length of your stay.

2 car attached garage, however owners have one car stored in garage that is off limits to guests, thus there is only parking for one car inside garage. 2 car driveway for guest parking.

Gilbert is home to this vacation home. Higley Center for the Performing Arts and Gilbert Historical Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at AZ Ice and Topgolf. The Boardhub and Revel Surf are also worth visiting.
