This is a beautifully decorated home with tall windows that look out onto a yard with an assortment of tropical type plants and trees. There are orange and grapefruit trees, palm trees and many beautiful flowers and plants native to Arizona. This home is in a very friendly, safe and serene neighborhood and is in a cul de sac where all the homes
have green grass instead of rocks like many of the homes in the
valley! At the end of the cul de sac there is what we call a "greenbelt' that is all grass and trees and is a perfect place to take a walk.
The location of this home is the best. It is within a mile of the I-60 which takes you directly to most all of the important places in the valley. The home is surrounded by convenience and entertainment in every direction you go. We are a mile from the Historic Downtown Gilbert which is loaded with all kinds of fun restuarants including the famous Joe's Barbeque and Dierks Bentleys Whiskey Row. This home is also located within a mile of Freestone Park which is a large park with a lake, tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts, a skate park, a jogging trail, three children play grounds, a mini train to take rides around the park, many grills and picnic tables, etc. There is not only
a large variety of wonderful restuarants close to this home but also a variety of places to shop for food and other fun things. There is a 'Trader Joes, Sprouts and a Natural Grocer all within walking distance from the property and also a Frys Marketplace within a half of a mile.

The home itself is very uniquely decorated with paintings all over the home that were painted by Arizona artists. Much of the furniture and decor was purchased from places all over the world.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all together in one large room that is wonderful for unity and larger groups. The room is broken up only by stairs leading to the basement. The home is filled with comfortable furniture including two couches and many chairs including a recliner. The living room has three large windows that show off a yard with a fountain and a variety of mature plants and trees. The dining room also has three large windows that look out on to the pool and back porch.
The kitchen is stocked with most everything you need including a microwave, convection oven, air fryer, Instapot, Ninja blender, muffin pans, sheet pans, coffee maker, pancake griddle, waffle iron, dutch oven and most of the basic cooking spices and condiments you need for cooking and baking. The dining room table can fit 8 people and is set in a spacious room.

The backyard of this property has a covered patio with comfortable seating for 6. We will add more photos of this area asap as we are still shopping for newer outdoor furniture at this time. There is a gas barbecue grill with a full tank available to use. We also have a Firepittable top with comfortable seatingaeound it on the porch. . There is a swimming pool (unheated) with reclining lounge chairs and an umbrella and table. To help protect children and other non swimmers, there is a gate to the pool, there isa gate surrounding the pool.

Please Note…. The owners of this property will occasionally be staying in an apartment located in the basement of this property. There is a separate entrance that leads to the basement apartment that is on the side of the home that the guests will not be using.

Meadows, a neighborhood in Gilbert, is home to this vacation home. Arizona Mills Mall and Chandler Fashion Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Phoenix Zoo. Golfland Sunsplash and AZ Ice are also worth visiting.
