Split Master has King Size Bed with Large Walk In Closet, Separate Tub & Shower. 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed, 3rd Bedroom has Full Size Bottom Bunk Bed, Twin Top Bunk and a Twin pull out trundle.

Family Room & Den both have full size couches with Queen Size Sofa Sleepers. All Bedrooms, Family Room & Den have TV's equipped with Netflix. Master & Family Room have Cox Contour as well as Netflix.

All major amenities including Inside Laundry with Full Size Washer & Dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking, baking, cutlery, dishes, Blender, Toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker, Iron & Ironing board and so much more. If we don't have what you need, just ask- we are happy to accommodate most requests.

Need High Chair, Playpen or Air Mattress? We can provide upon request for a small rental fee.

Backyard is fully fenced with plenty of green grass. Bring your bikes and ride through the adorable neighborhood to many of the fun community parks!

Pets considered. If your pets are approved, the following pet fees will be added to your reservation. Owners reserve the right to cancel reservation if pet requirements and fees are not adhered to prior to check in.

For consideration, you must submit a recent photo of your pet(s), provide age, lbs, name of breed and confirm if their vaccines are current and if they are house trained. (this applies for each pet)

After receipt of these required pet details, we will notify of your pet acceptance and applicable pet fees will be applied.

Minimum Pet Fee is $35 per night with Minimum Per Pet Fee of $350 and Maximum per pet Fee of $1,500.00
