Immaculate, bright and cheery remodeled home on the Seville Golf Course. The home is located in the gates Enclaves neighborhood within Seville. Great room floor plan with split bedrooms. Fully furnished with all of the comforts of home. Fully remodeled. Quartz kitchen counter tops. Ceiling fans throughout. Professionally landscaped, great place to sit back and relax.
The open concept kitchen and family room are perfect for entertaining. Large breakfast bar and big kitchen with lots of counter space and storage. The Living Room is spacious with a large TV and has sliders out to a fantastic backyard with unending sunset and golf views. Sit outside for a meal, drinks or a BBQ. The bedrooms are split. Master with a king bed and TV are in the rear of the home. The master has its own private patio and outdoor lounge with firepit. The master bath has a large walk in closet, double sinks a soaking tub and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, tv and en-suite bath.
