The house GOLFBLICK is a bright and nicely furnished semi-detached house with 90m² living space (3 bedrooms), which offers enough space for 6 people and invites you to linger.
The interior is high quality, comfortable and consists mainly of natural wood furniture.
The comfortably furnished house is located in a small holiday complex with a large garden plot.
The south-facing terrace of the holiday home overlooks the nearby golf course.
You live only 150 meters from the idyllic Wolgastsee away, away from the hustle and bustle, nestled in unspoilt nature and yet only 3.5 km from Ahlbeck and the seemingly endless sandy beaches - here is the small village Korswandt.
The ground floor is the living room with sofa and LCD TV / stereo, dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle. In addition, the ground floor has a bathroom with shower / WC and a storage room.
The stove in the living area provides in the cool season for warmth.
Upstairs, the house offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one bedroom is another TV available.
Furthermore, the upper floor has a bathroom with bathtub / WC and washing machine.
Nearby there are two restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a snack bar located directly on the Wolgastsee.
The nearest supermarket is 3 km away and is located at the entrance to Seebad Ahlbeck.

In the seaside resort are also good shopping.
Located in Korswandt, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a lake. Hangar 10 and Usedom Art Association are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Ahlbeck Pier and Fort Aniola. Baltic Park Molo Aquapark and Kitesurfing Trips are also worth visiting. Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
