The villa "Hohe Buchen" stands at the top, on the Kulm on the high bank on a 4000m² large fenced park property with direct sea view.
From the villa it is only a few minutes walk to the center of the seaside resort Heringsdorf and the longest pier in Germany.
Apartment 1 is the largest apartment of the villa with 110m² and offers a fantastic sea view from the living room as well as from one of the bedrooms.
The huge living room has a cozy sitting area with couch and chairs, to write a dining area and an old secretary who invites to holiday greetings from the island.
From the adjacent to the kitchen living room you come to the terrace, which is right outside the apartment, also by the lakeside. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
About the hallway leads from the living room into two separate bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom has a lake side balcony with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the pier Heringsdorf. Both bedrooms have a double bed, so that 2 couples here can spend your holiday together.
