IL PICCOLO PARADISE, the Italian heaven in the Black Sea.
This is an Italian-style Villa 50 m from the beach, with large windows and high ceilings that guarantee perfect ventilation in all environments.
At the entrance, you will be welcomed by a large well-kept garden of 300m with private parking, a barbecue, an outdoor hot shower, and a porch equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy the fantastic summer outdoors, barbequing and enjoying the nice weather.
On the ground floor of Il Piccolo Paradiso, you will find yourself in a large, luxuriously furnished and Italian designed Livingroom, a wood-burning fireplace with a capacity for 15 people to enjoy their meals simultaneously.
For sports lovers, we added a gym section with a treadmill for those who want to start the day with a jog, and some weights.
The large kitchen has all appliances and cutleries, so you can prepare and enjoy your own meals as you would in your own home.
On the first floor, you will find a huge balcony with an incredible view of the woods on the sides and the black sea in front of you, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves crashing against the black send; why not with a glass of Georgian wine?
On the same floor, you will have four large rooms, each with a private bathroom with all the comforts that will make you forget every day worked in the year.
The villa is in a green and quiet area but close to all services; it is perfectly located just 3 minute walk from Paragraph resort & spa hotel, 5 minutes from Ureki, 10 minutes drive from Kobuleti and 30 minutes from Batumi.
We include the possibility of adapting the villa to the guest's needs, and it is available for short and long periods.
The house has a newly built heating system which guarantees a sweet holiday all year round.
Located in Ureki, this villa is near the beach. Rioni Bridge and Petra Fortress are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Tsitsinatela and Miniature Park.
