Featuring five spacious bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, the open-concept floor plan seamlessly connects a modern, fully equipped kitchen—complete with a Keurig coffee maker—to a gracious living area, ideal for entertaining and family gatherings. A built-in Sonos sound system enhances the ambiance throughout the home. Upstairs, a large sitting room provides additional space and privacy, perfect for relaxing or accommodating larger groups.
Sleeping arrangements include:

Entertainment is effortless with TVs located in the downstairs master bedroom, both dens, the kitchen, and the queen bedroom—ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
A sun-drenched Carolina room overlooks the lush backyard and tidal channel, while a separate Summer Kitchen opens onto an expansive rear patio—perfect for al fresco dining beneath the canopy of stately oaks.
For boating and nature lovers, the private dock is fully outfitted with water, power, a Jon boat ramp with power winch, and a comfortable sitting area to take in the peaceful creekside views.
This house is equipped with a SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP that includes 2 pools-one ocean front, a pool side Gazebo Bar & Grill, Starbucks Coffee Shop, fitness center and social events. This does not include GOLF OR TENNIS. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements.

Located in Georgetown, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Rice Museum and Georgetown County Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Hobcaw Barony and Hampton Plantation State Historic Site. Brookgreen Gardens and Lowcountry Zoo are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and hunting nearby.
