Comfortable lake house with hot tub features a full kitchen, dining area, wi-fi and cable TV, gas fireplace, laundry, loft bedroom with queen bed, main floor bedroom with queen bed, second floor bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa in the living room area. Skylight windows with spectacular nighttime views of the mountain stars. Two bathrooms, one with a full tub and one with shower. Occasional views of the Georgetown Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep herd.
Easy access to multiple ski areas. Great outdoor activities year-round include trout fishing summer and winter, hiking on miles of mountain trails, mine tours, riding the historic Georgetown Loop railroad, summer white water rafting, winter ice races, ATV tours and touring the 22-mile Guanella Pass Scenic Byway.
Walk or ride to Georgetown's restaurants, galleries, museums and gift shops.
Please note that check-in is generally 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Alternate times are available on a case-by-case basis.
10 days is the maximum rental period.

Located in Georgetown, this vacation home is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Winter Park Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Georgetown Loop Railroad and Alpine Slide are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
