Unit includes separate entrance, attached bathroom, bedroom with queen and 2 full beds, TV and fireplace, two closets and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, claw foot bathtub, small fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. There is NO ACCESS TO THE KITCHEN AND DINING FACILITIES, YOU ARE NOT RENTING THE ENTIRE HOUSE. This home is part of a duplex facing Clear Creek. It includes a front and back deck surrounded by pine and aspen, and the backyard deck is large enough for socializing and enjoying the summer weather. The house is surrounded by beautiful mountain views in all directions, the lake and creek are also clearly visible. Owner may be staying on the premises with Maggie, a very affectionate black Labrador, working on the landscaping during part of the summer months.

Located in Georgetown, this cabin is in a rural area and on a river. Winter Park Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Georgetown Loop Railroad and Alpine Slide are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and ice skating.
