Our renovated & fully furnished house, lovingly named Two Front Doors, is in the heart of it all, and has all the amenities of home to allow you & your guests to unwind in wine country. Just 10 minutes in any direction you'll find: 25+ wineries, The Strip at Geneva-On-The-Lake, Lake Erie beaches and golf courses, SPIRE Institute, & Ashtabula Harbor. Home Highlights: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dual coffee maker/coffee, stove, microwave, popcorn maker, pots and pans, plates and silverware. Air-conditioning. Washer & Dryer, free on-site parking, Smart Roku TVs, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, Pack n'Play crib, booster chair, bathtub and walk-in shower, WIFI, phone chargers, alarm clocks, closet hangers, extra linens, blankets & towels, dish & hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, makeup wipes, ear plugs, and foldout ottoman for extra sleeping option. Please note: This property is next to train tracks. Yes, trains come by. Yes, you will hear it. We supply ear plugs and sound machines in the bedrooms for your additional comfort if needed. If you have little kids, please be aware of them out in the yard at all times. Pet Friendly - Dogs welcome (2 max). Pet fee is $100/night. Please keep pets on their leash outside as our yard is unfenced & we're next to train tracks. Please pick up after your pets. No pets are allowed on the furniture. Free parking on gravel driveway for 3-4 cars. Cancellation policy enforced. Processing fees may apply. Where you’ll be: Located in the City of Geneva, walking distance to the historic downtown center. The Old Mill Winery is a short 5 minute walk from our house. To the North, The Strip at Geneva-on-the-Lake and Geneva State Park are a 10 minute drive. To the south, SPIRE Institute is a 5 minute drive. And all around are DOZENS of wonderful wineries in the Grand River Valley! Getting around: You can walk to the center of downtown Geneva in 5 minutes. There are many wineries within 8-15 minute drive from the house. There is a taxi service in town you can use to get anywhere too, and limo bus options for larger group outings. Also, bikes and golf carts are available for rent in Geneva on the Lake.
Located in Geneva, this vacation home is on a lake. Harpersfield Covered Bridge and Mechanicsville Road Covered Bridge are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Erie and Geneva State Park. Adventure Zone and Allison's Mini-Golf are also worth visiting. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
