Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.
All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.
Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.
**There are 2 total units on site, all rented to vacationing guests. All entrances and spaces are private with the exclusion of the property beach. **

-Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. There is an additional one time $50 fee that applies to guests who travel with pets, otherwise the stay with the pet was unauthorized. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
Geneva-on-the-Lake is home to this vacation home. Harpersfield Covered Bridge and Hubbard House Underground Railroad Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Allison's Mini-Golf and Old Firehouse Winery. Adventure Zone and Ashtabula Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including motor boating, birdwatching, and winery tours.
