Welcome to this quaint English-style cottage that's exudes classic charm. You have to see it to appreciate how cozy and unique this cottage is. Located just a few minutes away from the GOTL strip, you can escape the party and relax with your whole family or a group of friends. The home features three bedrooms and fours beds (1 king, 1 queen, & 2 full beds). The backyard is a full-fenced and there is a large covered deck with a hammock a dining area perfect for grilling season.
Set a few minutes away from the GOTL Strip, the home sits in a peaceful little area where you can relax after a day of fun on the strip.
The home has a private drive way to park in which can accommodate three cars in a single row. You can walk to the strip (10-15 minutes depending on where you're going), or drive.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3.Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
Located in Geneva-on-the-Lake, this vacation home is on a lake. Allison's Mini-Golf and Old Firehouse Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Erie and Geneva State Park. Adventure Zone and Hubbard House Underground Railroad Museum are also worth visiting.
