Walking distance to Hobart and William Smith Colleges, shopping, resturaunts and Seneca Lake. Located on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. Short driving distance to Watkins Glen, Casinos and Malls. Please note-If you have more than 8 guests, a 50.00 per person charge will be applied to your total cost of the rental.
NOTE: As you see in the photos, the backyard is beautiful. Our neighbors are completing a project that has unfortunately left our backyard in rough condition. It may not be completed for your stay due to complications. The deck will be useable, but the yard may be messy. There may be construction next door as well.
