- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras, above the front door and dock, all facing outward. They do not look into interior spaces
- NOTE: This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. Additionally, only 1 load of laundry can be washed per day
- NOTE: This property is located near railroad tracks. The train comes twice per day
- NOTE: Lake access is through the inside of the property only. Please use nearby Roy's Marina for boat launch access
- NOTE: The dock has 80 feet of dock space for boats. The final 20 feet are unavailable due to storm damage, and the boat lift is currently unavailable for use
