I do not rent to prom groups, wedding, or events.
Vacation is all about location and this 1600 sq. ft., 3-3 house is steps away from the wonderful beach to build sand castles & play in the water. U will have access to the garage that has life jackets, boogie boards, beach chairs, balls, gloves, toys, frisbee, corn hole bean bag toss game, volleyball net & ball, pull cart for taking stuff to the beach, charcoal grill, & t air compressor.The best part is the toilet & sink in the garage, no more going back upstairs to the bathroom. When you are ready to leave the beach you can shower in the outdoor hot & cold water shower. Under the stairs is a toy box with all kinds of sand toys.

We have great surf fishing right outside the door. You can watch your pole from the house deck. Surf fishing when the reds are running is very exciting. Bring your catch back to the fish cleaning table under the house, cook on the charcoal grill provided & dine on your catch outside on the deck on one of the 3 outside tables. In the house I have a dining for 8 plus 4 bar stools. The large open area has fabulous views of the water from the large windows & sliding glass doors. After dinner sit in one of the 8 balcony height poly resin chairs or any of the other chairs provided with a panorama view of the gulf. U can choose to sit in the covered entrance area upstairs with chairs, & a table with a cool drink & great view of the gulf. Plenty of other chairs to use. You can go up higher onto the eagles nest where u can see forever. The best place to watch the fireworks!! Please supervise your children & stay off of the roof!!

Upstairs is a very large deck with views in every direction. On the upstairs deck is a locked closet with extra chairs. The keys for the closet & garage are hanging next to the entrance door inside the house. When you check out relock the closet & garage then put the keys back.

After all that fun you can watch TV, play board games, or read a book. WiFi is provided free. I provide youtubetv. Charge any pay for view to ur account not mine. I have a TV in the living room, 1 TV in the master bedroom, & 1 TV in the queen room. have children’s books & toys in the twin room closet on the shelves. Adult books in the master on the shelves under the TV.

The living room is one large open area. The living room has plenty of seating with 2 sofas, one is a queen pull out, chairs & a TV, dining table with seating for 8, 4 bar stools. You can be part of the action while cooking or dining. A great room with plenty of seating to be together.

The master bedroom is very large with a king bed, a trundle bed, & a nook with a full bed. 2 chairs at the foot of the king to watch the large TV. There is a chest in the large closet along with a port-a-crib, iron, & ironing board. The master bathroom has double sinks, toilet & tile shower.

In the queen bedroom you will have a built in chest, closet, TV, a bench & small table for your make up with a large mirror & small make up mirror.

The third bedroom has 2 twins with a built in chest, a closet with the children’s books & toys.

The second & third bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks, toilet & a large tub/shower.

I provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, bath soap, dish soap, coffee, & trash bags.

All in all you can sleep 11 adults or 12 with 2 children in the full bed. Linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels, house towels are not allowed on the beach.

When it comes time to wash I have a large upstairs utility room with a washer, dryer, 2 drying racks & a large counter to fold.

I have paved parking for 5. Please do not park on the grass because I have sprinkler system. My driveway has plenty of room for your boat. I have a fenced yard to keep ur pets safe.

When using the storm shutters put the toggle switch in neutral, not up or not down, neutral.

Any items left on the beach unattended after dark will be taken & thrown away by the beach patrol.

If u would like access to a pool, about 5 minutes away is Jamaica Beach that has a pool that you can use for $5 pp each day.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
I want you to have a great time but the following rules MUST be followed.
Please review BEFORE reserving my house.
No more than 12 guest allowed on the property at any time unless approved by owner
No smoking
No prom parties or large events
No loud music or other disturbances to neighbors.
No trespassing on neighbors property.
No underage drinking
Must be 25 to reserve
1 boat & 5 car limit, no parking on the grass
Garbage MUST be put out Sunday night.

PETS:
Up to 2 well behaved pets upon owners approval with $100 non refundable pet fee & $75 second pet fee. Fenced yard. There is a leash law. Please follow it for safety of your pet. Renters are responsible for cleaning up behind your pet. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur EXTRA cleaning fees. All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. All pets must be treated with topical flea & tick repellant at least 3 days prior to arrival.
No pets left alone in the house unless crated
All items above are the responsibility of the renter. The owner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury of pets or humans while on the property.
Added cleaning fees will be incurred if owner must clean pet refuse after check out.
Pet fees are taxable.

Located in West End, a neighborhood in Galveston, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach.
