Get away and recuperate! Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bathtub. The 12x40ft space has a queen bed, two twins, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Dogs/cats welcome. Cabins are stocked with complimentary locally-sourced coffee. There is a large outdoor area for kids to play or for a picnic or campfire, a gas grill available, climbing dome, and a path down to the river for hiking or fishing (the path is a little rocky). Lots of hiking/hunting in the area, about four miles from a boat launch (KH Butler), and 10-15-minutes from a cute little town. Free parking on site. Free wifi. Smart TV & DVD player available. Owners live onsite should any issues arise.
Located in Crown City, this cabin is in the city center and on the waterfront. Cinemark Huntington Mall and Sleepy Hollow Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Ohio River Plaza and Huntington Mall. Traveling with kids? Consider Gallia County Fairgrounds, or check out an event or a game at Kanawha Valley Motorsports Park. Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hunting and hiking nearby.
