Our Longwood home is 10 minutes to the GTA Owners Club (we provide proximity cards for free access) and 15 minutes to Downtown Galena. This home is NOT pet friendly.

This spacious 3200 square foot 5 Bedroom 5.5 Bathroom home will accommodate up to 12 guests. The location is perfect as it is quick access to everything within the Galena Territory. 5 Minutes to Owners Club, 2 minutes to golf and 15 minutes to Downtown Galena.

Our Longwood home features an awesome 7 person outdoor hot tub (open YEAR ROUND), pool table, table-top Arcade Game, screened-in porch, stainless steel appliances, wood burning fireplace (we supply the firewood), screened porch, large deck and so much more. Four of the five bedrooms have an attached bathroom, and all are beautifully decorated. Our three-level home is laid out so your group can spread out and have your own spaces and then congregate in one of the two family rooms or in the kitchen that is open to the dining room. The main level has the living room, kitchen, dining room and King size bed in the primary bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are two large bedrooms each featuring a Queen size bed and their own private full bathrooms. The lower level also has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed & a Queen size Serta sofa sleeper w/a private bath. The other bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a shared hallway bathroom. Please note that there are enough beds for 12 guests but extra space to spread out with the sofa sleeper.

The exterior of this home offers tons of space for you to explore, take in the countryside from the deck, enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the patio and view the South golf course or enjoy your s'mores over our new fire pit. Loads of outdoor seating!! You are only minutes from Route 20 and even closer to the Country Store for all of your last minute needs. You will love this house and the space it offers to your group making your getaway relaxing and memorable!

You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days prior to check in. The provider is CSA. When you book a home with us a 30% down payment is required to hold the reservation, this is not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel before the final payment is due you will be refunded the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14-day mark your final payment will be processed, the stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted.

Please NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay.

Check-in details are sent 3 days before your arrival to the email on file. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or the morning of your arrival. The emailed check-in details will cover this process.

Located in The Galena Territory, a neighborhood in Galena, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Grant Home and Washburne House Historic Site are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Mississippi River and Horseshoe Mound. Linmar Gardens and Aqua Park are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding and ice skating.
