- Pet-friendly: Max 2 house-trained pets (50 lbs max each). Fees: $250 first pet, $200 second pet.
- Security: Schlage smart locks + 1 exterior Ring camera facing driveway only. No indoor/backyard cameras.
- Early check-in/late check-out available when possible for an added fee.
- No weather-related refunds; travel insurance recommended.
- Early/late check fees: $100 (≤2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), >4 hrs = 1 night.
