The Bogey at Oak Glen is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome positioned directly beside the South Course at Eagle Ridge — guests frequently walk from the back deck to their tee time. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.

· Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (full-time residents in the area)
· Check-in after: 4 PM, Checkout before: 11 AM
