First Level of single family house for rent
It is an excellent option for travels who like a Furnished, spacious and bright place to stay. This First level of the house includes two private bedroom and one bath, Stainless steel kitchen amenities ( Big refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher, Toaster and coffee maker,...). That is what every body appreciates. The private pathway on the back yard is a plus which guides you to your own private entrance door. There is a FREE Wifi, and cable Tv available to enjoy your stay.
You are sharing the garden with those who live in The two top levels of the whole single family house. Although your level is private but consider the sharing like an apartment duplex. You have fully access to your own private independent entrance door. Everything is separate and you have your own kitchen, bedrooms , restroom ,... Trash bins pick up day is every Wednesday. Early morning trash will be picked up.
Recycle bin ( blue bin for paper and cans and glasses) pick up day is Monday early morning.
My suggestion is to leave all the trash bins one night ahead of time on the curb or house driveway( next to mail box ) .Trash bins will be picked up next day early morning.
Tuesday early morning is trash pick up day.
Wednesday and Saturday Early Morning are trash Pick up day.
Please do not flush toilet paper is the bathroom pipe , if you do so , bathroom pipe will clog and sunpump will back up in the bathrooms . You are responsible for the damages to the property !
Please leave all the lights Off before leaving the house . We apologize if there is extra charges for unwise electricity consumption .
