In an expansive but private cove overlooking a scenic view of tranquil blue waters of Lake Lanier, there is a luxurious sanctuary where time stands still.
Gated masterpiece ten-bedroom estate instilled with Old World charm is the epitome of elegance and comfort. Extensive grounds are yours to explore, numerous picturesque sceneries such as a fire pit area, and scenic terrace, swimming pool and heated spa.
Entering the custom-made castle doors at the main level, you will find the two-story impressive foyer framed by a curved staircase. An arched entrance will lead you into the two-story grand room crowned by a stone fireplace and floor to ceiling windows overlooking an open terrace with breathtaking views of the lake.
In a fully equipped Tuscan-style gourmet kitchen you will find a build-in authentic italian pizza oven, professional-size griddle, and built-in warming trays. Your guests can enjoy picturesque views from a spacious breakfast area or sit down in a more formal dining room at the 12 foot dining table. You can nestle in for a quiet conversation, a good book or a game of chess by a fireplace in the paneled, English-style library or the cozy rustic log-framed family room.
The master suite on the main level provides a private and spacious space with two sitting areas equipped with a wet bar, his and hers separate closets, a massive master bathroom with jacuzzi bath built into a travertine pedestal.
A curved set of stairs will lead you to the west wing of the upper level that hosts a cozy study and five unique luxuriously set private bedrooms, each equipped with its own separate full bath. In the east wing of the house, there is a large game room and an adjacent nautical style private bedroom suite with a separate kitchen, a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bath, as well as another separate room equipped with 4 bunk beds.
The terrace level is an elegant spacious area with exquisitely crafted bar with antique mirrors, a paneled billiard room, poker table, Parisian style salon, and a movie theater that fits perfectly for hosting lavish social gatherings. Through two sets of French doors, the indoor space blends beautifully with the lower terrace area overlooking the lake. A private hallway will lead you to another beautifully appointed bedroom with full bathroom privately tucked away.
With accommodations and amenities that will comfortably meet the needs of up to 30 in-house guests, it can serve as a perfect option for large family gatherings and corporate retreats that will turn into the memories of a lifetime.
