The LIVING ROOM offers a large comfortable sectional sofa with two comfortable chairs for viewing anything you wish on the 75” TV. The soft recess, dimmable lighting is our favorite part of the living room. Extra blankets are provided. Please try to keep it clean, it’s a great couch.

The DINING ROOM is another favorite. The dimmable light feature makes the space so very homey. It was important to us to be able to seat everyone we house, so the large 8 seat dining room table does just that. Perfect for friend dinners, families or game nights!

The KITCHEN is fully loaded!!! The window seat is a great spot to have a quick bite to eat, or enjoy a chat with whoever is cooking in the kitchen. The window table features a large nesting table, a great addition for large buffet nights, or a drink table with the ice maker! The freezer door is home to two Pickolas Cage magnets to use at your convenience!

The FAMILY ROOM is a quiet spot with a leather sofa and leather chair, a fire place (not in service at this time-our apologies), and a wall of windows that overlooks the backyard! Enjoy your coffee, or a quick bite to eat while lounging with the recess lights low early in the morning!

The BEDROOMS are all fantastically similar, with main difference being the primary bedroom (Master) having a KING sized mattress instead of a queen. All mattresses and pillows have waterproof covers.

The GARAGE, aka THE PICKLE LOUNGE is our favorite hang out spot! It has a professional pool table (professionally installed) with a pool table light, TV, extra fridge/freezer, two leather sofas, an oversized bean bag chair, and lights that create a chill vibe. This is where we keep our CORN HOLE, and our PICKLE BALL set. There is also a tic-tac-toe game. For the competitive PICKLES out there, use the blackboard and chalk to keep score.
The GARAGE is where the WASHER and DRYER are, too. Three (3) propane tanks are in here, too: one for the BBQ, one for the fire table, and a spare because running out of propane creates a bit of a PICKLE!

The BACKYARD has two areas to sit. The Pergola houses a fire table, and cushioned outdoor chairs. Bistro lights create a great ambiance for both areas. The second area is a picnic table, ideal for seating a large number of people outside to eat, or do activities.
**PLEASE OPEN CANOPY BEFORE USING FIRE TABLE! DO NOT USE FIRE TABLE UNDER THE PERGOLA CANOPY COVER!**
The backyard also homes our brand new propane BBQ. Florida is a fantastic place to grill out, everyday!
Every piece of outdoor furniture has a cover to keep it in the best shape for all of our future guests!

One of our favorite parts of the house is the dimmable RECESS LIGHTING throughout. Lighting is so important in a space, and we feel that our house gives a very calm, relaxing, clean vibe. The dimming light functions in the living room, family room, dining room, and bedrooms make the house flow so well.

The closet at the end of the hallway is where we keep our extra sheets, and towels.

The foliage is coming next year, and the house will be getting repainted. Don’t judge a book by its cover! This is a great house!

All 5 house TV’s are smart TV’s. The garage TV has an Amazon fire stick. This house has no cable TV.

Gainesville is home to this vacation home. Westside Park Tennis Center and Regal Royal Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore University of Florida Bat Houses and Devil's Milhopper Geological State Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Butterfly Rainforest at the Florida Museum of Natural History, or check out an event or a game at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
