Private home located in the coveted Golf View neighborhood between the Mark Bostick Golf course and the UF Law School. Quickly walk to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, the O’Connell Center, UF campus and the bars and restaurants in Mid-Town. This newly renovated and nicely appointed 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a tree-lined backyard with a firepit, outdoor string lighting and ample entertaining space. The restaurants and shops of Butler Plaza are a short 5-minute car ride away.

The 4 bedroom home has plenty of space for a group and family. With a king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, a 2 full-size/ twin bunks, sleeping arrangements are easy to organize.

Guest have the entire home to themselves.

Located in the quiet, peaceful, and tree-filled Golf View community in between UF Law School and the Mark Bostick Golf Course.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%. We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it`s within the terms. Thanks! And we hope that nothing would come up that would interfere with the trip, but we want to make sure you`re covered just in case.
If no insurance policy is purchased, that`s OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.

Gainesville is home to this vacation home. Butterfly Rainforest at the Florida Museum of Natural History and Florida Museum of Natural History are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Regal Royal Park and Westside Park Tennis Center. Thomas Center and Cade Museum for Creativity and Invention are also worth visiting.
