✹ The property is located in a beautiful part of Florida that is tropical in nature. Expect to see insects, spiders, lizards, and other pests. Please keep doors and windows closed (especially at night) to limit the entry of flying insects. Unfortunately, critters occasionally gain entry despite our best efforts. If this happens, please notify us, and we’ll arrange a pest control company to visit.
