With two living rooms, a central kitchen, two dining spaces, and a screened in porch, this home is perfect for accommodating families and friend groups looking to socialize and connect.
This property has three spacious bedrooms, all with queen size beds, ceiling fans, dressers, and closets. The primary suite has an attached bathroom with a standup shower. Two bedrooms are equipped with televisions that have streaming capabilities. One bedroom has a dedicated workspace, perfect for getting in the zone to tackle your to-do list!
Both living rooms have ample seating spaces, along with televisions. The setup is perfect for game days when you need to watch two games at the same time! The family room also boasts a queen-sized sofa bed for additional sleeping space. If you're in need of some fresh air, take a moment to yourself on the screened-in porch.
When you're in the mood to sit down and enjoy a meal, look no further than the bar or dining table after whipping something up in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy fresh coffee in the morning, whether you like old-fashioned drip style or a modern cup of Nespresso.
Safely store your vehicle away from the temperamental Florida weather under the attached carport that can comfortably fit 1 car. There is enough parking for 4 vehicles on property.
You will have access to the entire home, excluding 2 locked closets in the kitchen and hallway. While this home is equipped with self check-in, we have a local team that can be reached should you need anything during your stay. There are external cameras onsite to monitor driveways and entryways. There are no indoor cameras.
If you're looking for an activity during your stay, take a short walk to Alfred A. Ring Park and go for a beautiful, scenic hike! Are you visiting for a game or sporting event? Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and the O'Connell Center are just over a mile away!
