The couch has a pullout sleeper. Large Flat panel 49 inch HD TV in the living room and the bedrooms have 32-inch flat-panel televisions. The screened porch has two loungers and a table and is a great place for your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Washer and Dryer are located in the laundry closet. If you have a special request such as transportation, tours of Gainesville, site seeing, birthdays or anniversary decoration please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your requests for a small fee.
