VRBO HOUSE RULES FOR GUESTS:

All guests have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.

- This is an VRBO community, not a hotel, and is also my home. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property upon addressing this complaint to VRBO and/or to us, you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem. We don't need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy.

- Smoking is a violation of our house rules and something you can’t do. This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest

- Towels are to be used only for their intended purposes. Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges. Pls make sure you do not put towels on the floor.

- Check-in at 4 pm / Check-out at 11am. Check out time is STRICTLY 11 AM. Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance.

- Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $50 USD each hour.

- If your late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge your for an additional day. This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied.

- Only Registered Guests Are Allowed.

- No Unregistered Guests. NO outside visitors and/or overnight guests without previous approval from the host. $200 fee per unauthorized guest will be applied to reservation.

- No illegal activities and weapons of any kind

- No smoking of any kind inside/outside

- Park in your designated area.

- Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture

- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by your before departure.

- If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous guest would leave the house in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed.

- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as water, condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have.

- This is a VERY safe and quiet neighborhood. Please DO NOT disturb our neighbors and AVOID gathering in front of the house as we want to share this lovely home with future guests like yourself.

- Any house rules violation is ground for immediate termination of your stay

Fees
• $200 fee per unauthorized guest will be applied to reservation.

• $200 Per day that you are smoking inside or on the property

• $50 each hour for Late Checkout Fee

• $ Price of the room for the day with no discounted rate (Base Rate) if the late checkout exceeds 2 hours. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
Other things to note:

1. Please understand that we love animals. However, we are also hosting children who are severely allergic to certain chemical/animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate guest with pet and service dog on this property. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the house. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
