**New well drilled December of 2020, all water concerns in prior reviews have been resolved. Thank you to our renters for working with us and their patience during their stays. We now have 10 gal/min which is more than enough for all of our renters.**
Live well at Lovewell Pond! Come relax & enjoy the slower pace of Maine life, beautifully set below the White Mountains in a calm & quiet lake community. Enjoy 4 season views of Maine's lake region from most rooms in the house.
Perfect location for all season activities:
- On Lovewell Pond for swimming, boating, water sports (skiing, tubing, etc), fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing & more
- 10 mins to Shawnee Peak, 20+ mins to the ski areas surrounding North Conway
- Snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, hunting, hiking & more all right your backyard.
- On a snowmobile trail with plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers.
- 5 minutes from Grocery store, Saco River Brewing, restaurants (BBQ, Pizza, Chinese, Pub), and the rest of downtown Fryeburg.
