Come enjoy one of Rolling River Holidays' custom-built homes!
It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind while surrounded by nature. If you are an adventurous explorer or prefer to stay cozy and comfortable at home, this house will fit all your needs. There are three ensuite bedrooms, each with a king bed, deck access (two of the bedrooms have private decks!), and over-sized window seats to stretch out and enjoy the views. In the basement there is an additional bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom.
Speaking of the basement, it might be one of the most fun spots in the house. It is home to a bar, a ping pong table, media center, and game table, a comfy window seat, and huge sliders that lead directly into the back yard and hot tub.
The kitchen comes fully equipped. You can expect to find a Kitchen aid mixer, blender, a full set of pots and pans, multiple options for how you want to make your morning brew, plenty of utensils for cooking and more!
Outdoors, there is a spacious deck off the living room, with a gas fire pit and seating, as well as a propane grill with easy access to the kitchen for outdoor cooking.
The house has a long driveway and is located on a private road, so it is very quiet and there is plenty of space for walking. There is also access to the Shenandoah river right down the road, reserved and maintained for Rolling River Holidays guests only. This is where we keep the kayaks available for your enjoyment.
Located in Front Royal, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Shenandoah National Park and Front Royal Entrance Shenandoah National Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Blue Ridge Arts Council and Gallery, or check out an event or a game at Bing Crosby Stadium. Kayaking and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and horse riding nearby.
