This uniquely designed home calls the Brigands Bay waterfront home. Compass Rose has every amenity. The ground level has good parking, an outdoor shower, a renter's storage cage, a basketball hoop, and a large boat dock. The all-weather entry leads to a recreation room with a pool table and a TV or to the lower vestibule with a half bath. The first level has three waterfront bedrooms with decks and two baths. The first bedroom has a private bath. The second-level great room has tall ceilings, expansive sun decks, and bragging rights to the island's best views. A comfortable glass-walled living area catches all east-facing and water views. The dining area with an adjacent hot tub room follows the sun from rising to set. The excellent kitchen with a breakfast bar is great for everything from crepes to crabs. A large third-level bedroom, with a private bath and a TV and DVD player, has world-class views. Explore the beautiful canals and sound of Brigands Bay with the two provided kayaks. If you're lost in a sea of vacation selections, try the Compass Rose!
Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details:
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Brigands' Bay, a neighborhood in Frisco. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve and Pamlico Sound, while Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights. Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
