Frisco Blue Heron is the perfect perch to catch the bounty of the sound. Located on a wide bulkheaded canal, Frisco Blue Heron has free access to a subdivision boat ramp. The ground level has good concrete parking, an outside shower, a fish-cleaning table, and plenty of room to park those empty boat trailers. The first living level has three exquisitely decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom suite has a TV and a deck, plus a bath with a double shower. Two bedrooms have access to the outside deck. The large second living level has tall cathedral ceilings, a wet bar and fridge, a half bath, super furnishings, and enough sundecks to please a crowd. Every view is postcard perfect. The huge, well-equipped kitchen will be a hit with cooks and guests with its bar, stove, and small appliances. Frisco Blue Heron has an absolute knockout sound-front dining room. Frisco Blue Heron is a magnificent beach bird.
Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Dock details: Shallow draft (less than 2') boat dock available.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Frisco, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Scotch Bonnet Marina and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Frisco Native American Museum and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
