This multilevel 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is perfect for families and groups of up to 10. The living area is open and comfy, with a large river-rock gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for kicking back after a day of skiing or in the summer, biking, hiking, boating on Lake Dillon and more. There’s a fully equipped granite kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, perfect for whipping up memorable mountain meals; there’s seating for six at the dining table and four more at the counter.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a one-car garage with parking for one more in the driveway, and complementary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries.
