On Rec Path and trails to Lake Dillon. Two bedrooms are suites with private baths. The complex is built for convenience with ground level heated parking, elevator and 2 outdoor hot tubs. There is also an outdoor shaded, community table with grill. Beautiful interior design. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. The fully equipped slab granite kitchen with stainless appliances allows for easy meal preparation. Leather furniture, flatscreen and gas fireplace in living area. Free WiFi and cable. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 4. Private south-facing deck that looks out over Lake Dillon. Full size washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Enjoy the nearby Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides.
