A great price $ for an original Wilson Bungalow (1922) with wood floors, large picture windows, classic fireplace, great central location and it is soft on the “$ pocketbook $.” While it does have soothing colors and a relaxing atmosphere the great $ price for such a large accommodating home cannot be beaten. Enjoy and savor a meal or have coffee/tea or wine on the timeless front porch. It's a great place to connect with family and business. It's minutes from local sites and national parks.

Check-in time can be as early as 4:00 pm. We can usually have you in earlier. It depends on the previous guest check out time. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 9:00 pm.

Private parking for a minimum of 2 cars and/or large truck with a trailer. We can accommodate an RV.
Please, no parties or groups other than business or family related to the renters. Keep gatherings small, family, and friend-oriented only. Please be respectful of our neighbors and we ask for quiet time after 9:30 pm. The neighbors work early in the morning, so we want to respect their space. We are proud to serve our customers the best we can and we expect the best from our customers.

This is a two-story home as well as three (3) elevated steps to the entry. The whole of the downstairs is one level and should accommodate most ADA needs.
There are five (5) outside cameras that record 24/7. We will point them out to you on the arrival phone walk through.

This spacious 1922 two-story bungalow is located in the heart of the historic Tower District one block from Fresno City College. You can enjoy a 5 min walk to coffee houses, restaurants, deli and sandwiches, bakeries, breweries, live entertainment, theatre houses, art galleries and so much more!
Take a short drive to downtown Fresno, the train station, major shopping malls, Fresno State, Save Mart Center, Woodward Park, and Chaffee Zoo. Before coming, you may want to find out more about cultural and community events, such as The Rogue Festival, Lithop, Arthop, music festival, parades, and so much more. There is always something to do and someplace interesting to visit.
Conveniently located off three major freeways, you can take a leisurely drive to one of three national parks 1.5 hrs away, or a short 30-minute drive to Millerton Lake, Shaver Lake, Bass Lake, Pine Flat Dam, or China Peak Ski Resort.
Interested in the Starry Sky Festival in the Sequoias but don't want to camp out, drive a short 40 minutes and you'll be back to the warmth and comfort of home. Our accessible, open, and spacious setting is sure to give you the rest you want and need while you travel through fresno.
Located in Fresno, this vacation home is in the city center. Rotary Storyland & Playland and Fresno Chaffee Zoo are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Vineyard Farmers Market and Fashion Fair Mall. Traveling with kids?
