The newly remodeled kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stylish backsplash and clean modern stylings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and NEW appliances you would need to cook any meal.
The home has a living room as well as a dining/fireplace room which are connected through the open floor plan. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The living room is equipped with a 55" Roku flat screen TV. Full cable programming and Ultra high speed internet.
The bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. The home is set up to create the feeling that it is your home away from home, as opposed to you trying to fit into staying into someone else's home.
The house has a spacious shaded backyard with plenty of seating area and a BBQ. The backyard is perfect for relaxation and soaking in the sun and to let the kids (or adults) run around in the grass.
There is available garage parking that allows your car to stay out of the variable Fresno weather. There is also a new washer and dryer available for your use that can be found in the garage.
*Guests will have access to the whole home and backyard with the exception of one locked closet. Guests will be allowed to park in the garage upon request.
Northwest Fresno, a neighborhood in Fresno, is home to this vacation home. Riverpark Shopping Center and Marketplace at El Paseo are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Woodward Park and Forestiere Underground Gardens.
