Additional sleeping arrangements are catered for by the home's couch in the lounge and a queen-sized blow-up mattress that pairs with the luxurious linens and fluffy pillows provided.

Well-designed full bathrooms cater well to our guests' needs with convenient layouts and modern fixtures. Complimentary soaps, shampoo, and conditioner are supplied as well as clean, soft towels.

You will find that our home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay! Includes games for kids and adults, a well-stocked kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with amenities

Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes.

ACCESS & PARKING: Full access to the entire house. No garage access at this time.

Your designated parking area is on the left side of the house on Fine Ave. You will see a 'Reserved Parking-C' sign attached to the fence. The code for the parking door is in the check-in instructions. You may open the gate and pull in under the carport. Please be sure to always lock the gate behind you. Additional cars may park in front of the gate but please do not park in the driveway or in front of the main house as that parking is reserved for the other guests.

Trash comes every Monday.

If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.

Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.

This home is part of a triplex and we have other guests in the A and B units.

We are always available via VRBO's messenger to help you out or answer your questions between 8 am to 9 pm.
