Recently renovated, its European and Polynesian-influenced decor comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
On arrival, a private entrance leads to a large covered garage adjoining the house.
You'll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and free access to Amazon Prime Video.
Accommodation
The living room and dining room are combined in a beautiful space. You'll appreciate the bright, refined ambience of this convivial living space.
Cerused teak furniture, rattan armchairs, Polynesian sculptures and paintings add a touch of exoticism and elegance. The modern sofa completes this resolutely Western and Polynesian decor.
Extending from the living room, large sliding glass doors open onto a covered terrace. Here, you can enjoy a drink in the outdoor lounge, or gather for a meal with a view of the lagoon and the island of Moorea.
The new, custom-built kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for carefree cooking.
The sleeping area
For optimum quality sleep, the sleeping area features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms.
All bedding is brand new and of hotel quality.
A master suite with King-Size bed and large private bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
The third bedroom has a King-Size bed and dressing room.
The fourth bedroom has a King-Size bed and direct access to the pool area.
Two further modern bathrooms with large showers offer additional comfort for guests.
A dedicated office space is available for telecommuters.
A second terrace, on the other side of the house, offers refreshing moments of relaxation around a beautiful swimming pool and waterfall. Here, you can enjoy your meals or lounge on the deckchairs.
A BBQ is also available.
A little history
In Polynesian culture, Teanaiva is a star.
Star gazing enabled Polynesian navigators to chart sea routes throughout the Polynesian triangle. Among all the constellations, ten particularly sparkling stars were the pillars of these interstellar navigations. They appear in turn in the sky to indicate the route to follow. Teanaiva is the ninth star in this group.
Like Teanaiva, who guided the Polynesian navigators, we can guide and advise you during your stay. Villa Teanaiva will be the best starting point for your escapades on the island of Tahiti or your trips to the other islands of Polynesia.

Close to nature but also close to all amenities, Villa Teanaiva is less than a 10-minute drive from a shopping mall, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, convenience store, gas station, Taina marina, Taapuna surf spot, diving clubs, children's parks, restaurants and more.
The famous white-sand beach of Vaiava is less than 15 minutes away by car.
The airport is a 10-minute drive away and Papeete, the capital, is a 15-minute drive away (outside rush hour).
Located in Punaauia, this villa is in the mountains. Port de Papeete and Moorea Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Papeete Market. With snorkeling and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
