• When you depart: -checkout time: before 11 am -put all garbage in the bins outside, according to the guidelines mentioned above -turn off electric devices/lighting fixtures -set the thermostat to eco
• -turn off tv/receiver if you used them -close all windows and make sure they are locked. -make sure the garage gate is closed & the garage side door is locked -leave 1 set of keys on the dining table
• -lock the entry door -close the gate and place the other set of keys in the safe lock box using the code provided in our listing -if you could message us when you leave the house, it would be great
