In the entertainment space off the living area, a dart board, arcade game, and TV provide hours of entertainment. The fun continues downstairs with a pool table and retro-gaming console featuring over 5,000 games including Nintendo and Sega. Prepare favorite recipes in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, gather at the dining table with one another. Afterward, take a relaxing soak in the new hot tub.
Ample outdoor living space offers more space to unwind. Stretch out on the sectional on the main deck, or fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table. Two additional balconies each have seating for guests -- a perfect perch for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The enclosed yard features plenty of room for lawn games.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
