With Knotty Alder cabinets and trim, granite countertops throughout, natural stone fireplace, high quality wood and leather furnishings, and multiple large windows revealing the tree-lined open space and continental divide in the distance...Nature surrounds you. This home displays a unique blending of Mountain, Rustic, and Modern styles.
You will enjoy all the modern conveniences including 4 flat screen Smart TVs, Hi Speed Internet, brand new appliances, and fully stocked slab granite gourmet kitchen.
There is a Sonos Sound Bar creating a home theater in the Great Room, and "Sonos One" speakers in two bedrooms.
Stream your favorite online Apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and more on any one of three Smart TVs. Stream music or Play CDs or DVDs on the audiophile stereo system in the Bonus Room, with Denon Receiver (with Heos wireless streaming capability) and Dynaudio Speakers.
We are very family friendly, offering portable crib, booster chair with tray, and an assortment of board games. (In fact, TWO families can often fit in this space comfortably)
All four bedrooms are together on the second floor, along with a Laundry Room. The Master has an ensuite bathroom, with another full shared bath in the hallway.
After your fun-filled days, enjoy mountain and wooded views from your private patio which backs up to a seasonal pond and running stream. Plush patio furniture and a 6 burner grill with searing station will ensure you use that you enjoy that space.
We are literally 5 steps to the FREE Winter Park Town and Resort Shuttle Bus called "The Lift". It runs frequently from 7AM to 2AM.
We are located in the new development called Grand Park, which has ponds, streams, forested areas, and maintained cross country ski course, which can be accessed simply by walking out the back yard.
The Grand Park Recreation Center--With Pools, Waterslide, Hot Tub, Gym, Basketball Courts, and Rock Climbing Wall--is 150 yards away (NOTE: there is a fee to use Rec Center, paid there). Next to the Rec Center is the Foundry, a fun-filled spot with Movie Theater, Bowling Alley and brick oven pizza.
The award-winning Winter Park Ski Resort is a mere 3 miles away. Other than skiing and snowboarding, this resort destination has snow tubing, ice skating, shopping and dining all to be had at the new resort base village.
The home is 1 mile from both Downtown Winter Park, and the town of Fraser. There are plentiful restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and nightlife. Winter Park town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area hosts concerts and other events.
Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park can be reached with a 30 minute drive.
This Fraser Valley area is a Mountain Biking mecca with 600 miles of single track!
Other outdoor activities surrounding you include: horseback riding, golf, alpine slide, tubing, nordic and alpine skiing, snowshoeing, backcountry skiing, snowmobiling, sledding and more....
