Located above the town of Fraser, this mountain modern townhome enjoys open views and a quiet location in its small, upscale complex. Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on the main level, Queen Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, and Full/Full in lower level Bunk Suite. Plus, a new Queen-sized, self-inflating EZ bed. Sleeps up to 10 guests.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage, & two in the driveway.
Location: Above the town of Fraser. Approximately 2 miles from Downtown Winter Park shops and dining. 4 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort (on free winter bus shuttle route).
