You’ll also have direct access to Rendezvous' scenic hiking trails right outside your door.
The fully stocked kitchen, featuring high-quality cookware and appliances like a Ninja blender, makes preparing meals for your group easy. Gather around the large dining table for shared meals and game nights, or relax in the spacious living areas. A half bathroom is located just off the main living room for added convenience.
The home also includes a large garage with parking for two, plus additional parking for two outside. As an end unit, you’ll enjoy extra privacy, though please note that the neighborhood is currently under construction, and occasional noise may be present.

Located in Rendezvous, a neighborhood in Fraser, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Winter Park Ski Resort and Ski Granby Ranch are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Amaze'n Maze Winter Park and Alpine Slide are also worth visiting.
